那么，是谁第一次在中文互联网上使用"傻逼"这个词的呢？俺一下子还真想不起来。所以俺去alt.chinese.text搜了一下。那里面大多是乱码，搜不出来，俺就去alt.chinese.text.big5碰碰运气。 alt.chinese.text.big5是ACT的HZ码的不完整镜像，用的是大五码。经过一番紧张的搜索和排序，俺初步判定，中文互联网上第一个在网上说出"傻逼"一词的应该是一位笔名叫"冬冬"的网友，时间是公元1993年4月24日凌晨5:57分。这一记录比CND早了整整10年！

而世界上第一位在网上不幸惨遭网民痛骂"傻逼"，冤深似海的受害者，不是别人，正是如雷贯耳的网络奇才，打假英雄，科普作家，方舟子！时间是公元1993年11月6日凌晨3：20分。
